It has been over 30 business days since my goods were picked up on February 22, with a total of 49 days without delivery. On that Wednesday I will be in contact with your company’s arbitrator to start charging you $30 per day until my goods are in my apartment in Oakmont, PA. Unfortunately, I know that you will not call me because I have never received a phone call from your company since I sent you my first payment (just ask Anthony, David, James, Walter, Cynthia, Chris, Ruby, Josh, or Frank). Walter told me two weeks ago that by calling so often I was harassing the company and that I should start calling the person who initially took the job (Ruby). The worst part of this situation is not the loss of funds or all the memories my wife and I have collected over the last 41 years. The worst part is that my wife’s cremated remains are on the “missing truck” and I cannot give her the proper burial that this move was going to offer. Just think if your loved one was on that truck.
