DO NOtTUSE THIS COMPANY
They left my sickly mother stranded in her wheelchair in a parking lot.
I hired Medtrek Medical to take my mother to her doctor's appointment. I told them the appointment would be about an hour and that I wanted them to wait. They said it would be $170.00 round trip including the wait.
When we got done and went outside the driver and the van were gone. They just left her there stranded. I called the main number and they said the driver was nearby and will be there shortly.
I called again and they said another 5 minutes. I called again and they said they will call me right back. I called again and they said his phone wasn't working. I called again and they said he would be there in 3 minutes.
45 MINUTES LATER THE DRIVER SHOWED UP. How awful to do that to someone. I don't blame the driver. I blame the owner Jay who stranded my mother in
