I did not have a good experience with this business. I spoke with Wayne a month ahead of time to line up a job. When I met him initially, he was argumentative about the work. He really wasn't interested in listening in what I was attempting to explain what I wanted done. We did come to an agreement, and he sent me a contract. When it came time to do the job, he showed up the morning he was supposed to start and called me yelling at me on the phone about how I had bought the glue down flooring. I bought the 'click' type flooring to make it easier and more efficient to put down. He was yelling at me that it was the glue down type. I told him repeatedly that it was not. Then he tells me that there is an extra bedroom that he did not account for, which it's actually an office. We went through the entire house when he came and measured for the estimate, and he forgot to add the extra room. It was a mess, very unprofessionally handled, and a bit disturbing. We could have possibly hashed it out because I was in a time crunch, but after he was done yelling at me, he told me he would have to turn the job down. I would not recommend this remodeling company, or Wayne, to do any work for my home or properties just from the behavior he displayed, and the lack of knowledge he showed on the simple flooring installation that was purchased.
