As well, I am the vanguard (pioneer and visionary) of the unique non-toxic pool seal industry. I have spent the last 4 years developing, manufacturing, and selling the product online to homeowners. I am now dedicated to exposing the theft and pirating of my product, website, and marketing plans. Who are the thieves? The company is called Ultimate Pool Seal and is run and maintained by a former "friend" and neighbor and his family: David Briggs and his brother Darryl Briggs. David Briggs was an unemployed architect with no income when I met him in 2010. Needing work, David asked to "get involved" with Pool Seal to make some money, seeing the obvious niche for my product. After 6 months, he had the knowledge of my manufacturing process and sales strategies. He and his brother, Darryl, purchase www.ultimatepoolseal.com and proceeded to steal the "Pool Seal". His LinkedIn profile claims he has "37 years of experience"in the industry, his website shows a store front which is his friend's building that has been Photoshopped to have his business name on it. There are e-mails proving these statements. On my secure site. These "men" are frauds, pirates, and thieves. Know who you do business with. I am in contrast--- the real deal, the real Pool Seal.
