11/29/2012 Sal, Just a note to thank you and your crew for a great job. When disaster struck, I was 600 miles away, with no way to get there and nothing I could do if I was there. I was more concerned for my friends and neighbors because they were at risk and I was comfortable with all the luxuries we take for granted (heat, power, cable tv, etc.). When you called I was taking my son on a mini vacation I had committed to long before the storm. We were originally coming to the house on Long Island but of course we had to change plans. After talking to you for about ten minutes that day I truly felt I was in good hands and the house in Lindenhurst was going to be cared for. In those first moments after a disaster, clean-up and timely response is paramount to minimize the loses. You and your crew, while still dealing with all my neighbors, stepped up and did all that was promised and then some. Weeks afterward I still had you available to answer questions and handle small details right up until I was able to get here this week and see firsthand what you guys were able to accomplish. I also appreciated Scott coming over and taking care of the final touches while I was here so now everything is on track to being close to normal as possible. Bio Recovery Corporation was a godsend to both me and my family when tragedy struck, and helped my family get through an extremely difficult time. When my father unexpectedly passed away in his home, my sister and myself was tasked with cleaning up. Our biggest concern was getting the home back to a state where my mother could safely re enter the home. I called two other companies before thankfully calling Bio Recovery Corporation. From the moment I first got on the phone with Sal he was supportive and straight forward with the process and helped us feel comfortable at every step. The day the crew arrived they were extremely discreet and professional. The crew answered the MANY questions that we had and were willing to take the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything they were doing. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and when they left my parents home, I was fully confident to bring my mother back in.
