I was looking for local artist. This guy implied he was just what I wanted. We agreed on a price for him to pencil me some work and then, if I liked it, pay him the balance to ink the work. He gave me canned internet work, that frankly looked like crap. I think he thinks he's cute; left me a message, 'Gotcha.!
