Thanks for your help with our new playground equipment. It looks wonderful and the kids love it.

In short - they are horrible with scheduling, order processing, and customer service.
I began discussion with this firm in April to do a poured rubber surface. The first red flag was the two months it took to get them to agree to do a site visit before finalizing the price.
By June we finally contracted with a installation date of June 30th. They messed up their materials order and spent a month being unclear on rescheduling.
Finally I gave them a deadline to do the job or refund my materials payment ($11k). They agreed to the new date, but never came.
Now I have spent the last few weeks trying to get them to send me back my $11k.
They never delivered materials or did any work.
After escalating to their owner, I recieved no response. I even gave them a deadline before I started to go public with my complaints. Guess what? Here I am going public.
There are a lot of other options when it comes to these products and services. Do not work with these guys.
