It's been a while since I've received a massage therapy from Liz and more recently have felt the affects for not going. My shoulders and neck were in such pain from muscle stiffness or tightness and range of motion in my right shoulder was restricted; but after a 1-hr session with Liz I felt such relief and even the numbness felt in my hands has eased up. I will definitely go back for follow up to continue improvement and will NOT let so much time pass again without Massage Therapy from Liz - she's fantastic!!

I have been a client of Liz's at A Touch Above for over 5 years. I've had massages from good therapists all over the country--at spas, hotels and fitness centers. In my opinion, Liz is the best! Although I have a herniated disc, Liz has helped me keep my range of motion and kept me out of pain for all these years. She is professional, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend her!

I have been going to Liz for over 11 years. I have tried numerous massage therapists and found none to compare with the excellent treatment that I get from Liz. She is very professional and knowledgable in her treatment. I have gone to Liz for neck and back complaints, muscles pulls, heel pain, etc. And, have come away feeling good and free of pain. I would highly recommend Liz for any and all of your complaints. You will not be disappointed. Linda Simmons
