We are from New York and recently los our Dad, we ordered funeral flowers and they did an excellent job, he was in the navy so they fixed a red white and blue themed funeral. The staff is very compassionate and understanding, the owners's dad was also Military and seemed very saddened by our loss. My husband purchased flowers for me and they were completely dead in 4 days. I went in to the store and took the flowers with me, to show the florist the condition of them. They denied the flowers came from their shop and told me there was nothing they could do about them, and tried to blame me as if I must have done something to them! They actually suggested I not get flowers from them again... they definitely don't have to worry about that! It is a shame this shop is right outside the Ft. Bliss military instillation.... our service members deserve better product and customer service! After the way I was treated when I went back in, I don't know which was worse.... the product or the customer service!

Needed a 100 rose arrangement this florist had it delivered into Biggs Field when no other florist wanted to the same afternoon I ordered. Thank you Mcghee for delivering flowers into base beautifully and happily. Called around every other florist I called gave me a big hassle about going into the base this florist did not and got it there fresh and on time.
