I had this company come to my home to give me a recommendation regarding the lack of heat in my new addition. The company who built my addition did not account for adding duct work so it gets no cold or warm air. Every other company that came out to do an inspection told me I needed to replace my heating and a/c unit because it wasn't large enough to service my house. My system was only about 10 years old and the quotes I received were astronomical and involved tearing apart my drywall! The only place I was not getting air was in the new addition which is where I spend most of my time. I like to be prepared for the summer so I called this company to come out to give my air conditioner system a tune up. It was easy to get an appointment and the tech showed up on time. The cool thing was they used a laptop to check my system and adjust it! He showed me everything that was going on with my air conditioning system right there on the screen. The other company I used last year just disappeared into my side yard and just came back in half an hour saying they were done!
