This company took me for $2800 and Ashley (the supposed director) did no work at all. They were supposed to do a simple job that should have took 2 weeks and they still didn't complete it 7 months later. They constantly had excuses (I believe Ashley has called in sick for half the year so far per her boss). They don't respond to emails, miss appointments, and worst part is, they have zero taste in design. Per the owner Paul, it is now owned and outsourced to India so that is probably why I got no response from the 5th designer they assigned to the team. The company's owner also said they lost millions in the past 2 years so I would NOT put a deposit down as the owner is trying to make payment plans to me to pay for my lack of work (sounds like a ponzi scheme) as cash flow is an issue here per the owner Paul. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well. If not resolved, it will go to the attorney.
