Negative 5 Stars if possible. My wife and I had a very unpleasant experience with Deltufo. They initially rescheduled us a couple of times so that was an inconvenience since we both work and needed to shuffle our schedules. They eventually removed a waste line out of our basement and didn't put a drop cloth down or any other protection on our 1 Day old, brand new carpet. This resulted in feces and rust stains on a carpet directly below the waste line and all along the carpeted stairs. We saw Mike scrubbing the carpet with soap with water and when I asked him what happened, he said "It was dirt from the leaves outside." This clearly was not the case so he was dishonest and not straight forward.
