I have had landscaping work done as well as plumbing, painting, window sealing, and snow removal. I will be getting brick pointing done this year, fencing, kitchen and bathroom renovation. I have known John for over 15years and he is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. Youn cannot go wrong with Yes Dear!

I contacted John to obtain an estimate for repairs to my home after a terrible leak damaged my home. He replaced a flex line on one of my toilets. However, he was not prepared to give me a receipt after paying him cash. John stated he would email me a receipt that same day in the evening with the estimate. I gave John McClenny my email address for him to send the information. I called him that evening as a reminder because I did not want him to forget and he informed me that he would send the receipt and estimate when he got home that night. I did not receive the email nor a courtesy follow up that he would not be able to send the promised information. As a new customer my time is valuable and courtesy is welcomed. I am not sure if I will hire John because a receipt should be given once a client has paid for services. Also, my home is large so doing a walk thru explaining my needs and wanting a estimate to discuss pricing is important. I set aside time waiting for information from John and he failed to deliver and keep his word as well as a courtesy apology.
