Assist attorneys with clients, draft legal documents, legal research Draft correspondence, direct client dealing, pre-suit development and settlement

Develop, prepare and maintain most all manner of legal files, assist and direct clients regarding case status, and medical provider needs. Develop and present training information to corporate heads as well as firm partners that assist in business development. Identify and developed high potential team members which will result in their promotion to other offices which minimizes overall downtime. Ability to conduct interviews, hire, train and provide termination assistance.
