Tric Nel
My warranty sent him out. He was unprofessional in front of my child. I asked him to leave and called and complained about him. He then called and said my heater (check 4 months prior) had been neglected. He lied to get paid and to enact retribution because I demanded that he leave based on how he was behaving in front of my child.
