Constructive Criticism: In the future when a customer hires you for as stated in your product description "a luxurious" experience and your car breaks down and the party's safety is placed at risk and has to stand outside in heat and walk up a hill in the heat to get to their destination, you should partially reimburse them at least 50% as requested. When they have to wait for a replacement car that ends up not being a limousine but a non luxurious party van, you should partially reimburse them at least 50% as requested. In the future, when your service is not provided as advertised, you should not yell at the customer but work with them to become a satisfied customer.
