To whom it may concern,
Yesterday I phoned Diamond Lines,Kent as I was expecting a delivery from Ca.
Stephanie was so helpful,called Portland Oregon and asked them to make sure it was on the evening truck marked 'hot' and assured me that it would be delivered to Bellingham WA today.
This morning before 6am,I contacted Diamond Lines again(as requested) and Amy spoke to the driver,phoned me back and had arranged for him to phone when he was an hour away.
This went extremely smoothly.We received our huge package and we are thrilled with the trouble that your company went to,to make sure that we are a very satisfied customer!!
