Called Kidd Sheppard Mechanical Service due to issue with dryer. Kidd came highly recommended by an associate. I could not have been more pleased with timeliness of service, attention to detail and the respect Kidd has for his clients. My dryer was repaired timely, fast and he had the parts onsite. I would highly recommend Kidd Sheppard for an experience you can count on. Kidd uses the industry standard pricing guide and goes over the cost and what to expect for repairs and also he took out the old parts and showed them to me. Can't say enough, highly recommend.
