Had a great experience working with RET. Chris the owner was very knowledgable and curtious. He is a top of the line guy. Not only did he take the time to explain everything he was doing, but why he was doing it. I highly recommend RET to anyone who is looking to have motor work done.

Being a mechanic myself I had never considered having someone else do my engine work. When I decided I wanted to compete in a faster class at West Michigan Sand Dragway I knew it would entail a big increase in horsepower. I spent some time talking to other racers and other mechanics about the best way to get where I needed to be. Everyone told me I would have to get rid of the tunnel ram intake I was currently using which was not something I wanted to do. My brother in law had been working with Chris at RET and suggested I talk to him first the rest is history!! Chris suggested getting rid of the 350 and go to a 434 stroker, keep the tunnel ram, replace the cam and he reflowed the heads. I have been running this set up for 3 years now and I am so thrilled with the results I have RET stickers on my race truck and a houseful of trophies to prove Chris knows what he is talking about (and that my tunnel ram intake is just fine)! I tell everyone that Chris is the reason I win!! I would highly recommend RET and Chris Hardy to anyone looking to go fast.

I have been working with Chris for a couple of years building a stock drag race entry. Chris covers the basic issues and then tries to squeese the maximum horsepower from your engine and offers insight on car setup. He has been racing with his dad for many years and has gained a lot of valuable experience that you can't find everywhere. He also has the right attitude for dealing with customers. Always has your interest at heart and seems to be always thinking about your issues. Has been of great value to me. Can only give him the highest of reccomendations.

I have been sending all of my cylinder head work to RET for several years now and I am very pleased with their work. Through years of racing, testing, and research and development, they truley know how to make the most horsepower possible out of any brand / style of heads. I highly recommend RET and I guarantee that you will be pleased with the service you receive. I currently run a cast iron head, set up by RET, in a 3100 lb. camaro with a mild 406 carbureted small block and the car runs mid 10 seconds at almost 130 mph!! I can't wait to upgrade to a set of RET aluminum heads next year.
