I had a horrible conversation with one of your employees. I was told I was hallucinating. I was spoken to very rudely about a situation to which I had no control over. My estranged husband is the one who received money from his insurance company to pay the bill owed. He had made a simple request to have a bill sent to him. I was told if he didn't release the checks from the insurance that their lawyers would come after he and I. I continued to explain I had no control over what my husband does and am legally not allowed to have contact with him. Apparently medpro did contact my husband themselv companyes. I received a phone call from medpro about 2 weeks later saying my husband wanted permission from my lawyer to release the checks. When I was able to speak with my lawyer on return from his vacation he told me he did speak with my husband and all he wants is a bill. Why is this so difficult for you to provide ? You are a billing company, where's the bill?
