I have been a student of Pinellas Krav Maga for over a year now. I started because as a woman I wanted to take a self-defense class to learn how to protect myself. I stay not only for the self-defense but because I get the BEST workout I can possibly get!!!! I have never sweat so much in my LIFE! I learn not just how to defend myself but my loved ones, and how to be aware of my own environment and keep myself from having to ever use Krav Maga. Lastly, PKM has become like a family to me. I feel PKM is a comfortable, positive environment for me to grow and gain confidence, all while gaining fitness and self-defense. I am forever grateful and thankful that I walked through the PKM door! I recommend PKM to everyone and anyone of all fitness levels and experiences!
