I visit desoto location at least twice a week, I purchase either 2 or 3 Big Tex burritos every time I go. I have been satisfied with the products up until now. on 10/29/13 my steak inside burritos was tough, chips stale, not very pleasant new girl. today 11/1/13, I go back for 2 big tex, explain to new worker about my last visit. her respond was Im not the cook, I responded I understand but let the cook know that I was not satisfied. got my order, this time burrito was not the same again. please handle this problem. sincerely [email protected]
