I placed a delivery order for my wife for Valentine's day. They never showed up or called me so my wife was disappointed obviously! When I called I couldn't get through to them. So, I wrote them a very cordial, polite email trying to find out what happened to my order. Being Valentine's week I figured they perhaps lost my order by mistake. Well, apparently they lost my email too... they never returned my email or called me back. I hope they lose my credit card number I gave them too! It was just a pathetic experience to be frank, its no wonder I hadn't ever heard of them before.

I tried calling and even emailed and never heard back. This business is a joke and I would not waste my time ordering anything from them.

I had some trouble getting in touch with them. Don't bother calling, email seems to work best. However, as frustrating as it was to get my order placed the Tipsy Treats MORE then made up for it! They are a small business that over sold themselves with coupons but they are more then worth the hassle!…

DO NOT ORDER FROM CAKEPOP GIRLS OR CHINA'S CUPCAKE BAR! I had spoken with Carlisa to order macaroons and cakepops for a baby shower. I had spoken with her several times during the week regarding the order, pricing and pickup. However the day before the shower when I texted her to arrange for pick up of the products, she would not return my phone calls or texts. I called and texted several times the day before and the day of the shower. Ultimately, I was stuck with a baby shower with no desserts. If you have a special occasions or event, I would not recommend using this company. I would emplore Carlisa Horton and the remainder of the Cakepop girls staff in the future, if they are not able to complete their obligations then they should at least have the decentcy to communication with their customers instead of hiding from them. Very disappointed!
