Your employees Christopher, John on Sat. March 17, 2012 has made me a very unhappy customer. Jason today March 19, 2012 has made me unhappier. I googled Sat. for help connecting to Outlook Express. Your company appeared. Christopher was very friendly and helpful on phone, but didn't carry through with what he said he would do for $135.00. He was to tune up PC, plus down load security software MSE, plus stop so many programs from running at start up. I agreed, if he would have it done in 3 hours. 8 hours later, I didn't have my PC. I watched the process; it was free programs being reinstalled. I'm no longer able to use my local internet service accounts. I can't view NetFlix due to some security problem. On and on it goes. I wasn't having any of these problems before. Mr. Byrce, I'm very sorry, but I couldn't get anyone to answer your 247 phone, therefore I had to have my card "hotcarded" at my bank, which puts me out in many ways.... . Why would you charge me twice the same amount, anyway??????.
