My experience here was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who took the time to listen to my needs and help me make the right decision. Kim in particular, was very helpful, not a pushy sales person, she worked with me. The items I needed were at the last minute for a friend's wedding (literally two days before the wedding), I came by the next day, my sashes were ready, ironed, and bagged. Would never shop here again. When I first walked in no one helped or even said hello to me they just looked at me and turned away and went back to what they were doing. I asked for help and the girl just walked away and went back to unpacking boxes. Needless to say I walked out. This shop is hardly ever open and the hours vary. Never again would step foot in here.
