A divorce order can be a millstone around your neck for the rest of your life. You need to have this drawn up by someone who puts a personal touch to your woes. Tough enough going through a divorce... most of us who do go through this awful process are not really thinking straight. I would recommend Nate's practice to anyone undergoing a divorce. I had initially been represented by a large local firm who saw me as revenue and not really as a person undergoing a most excruciating experience. My previous law firm had told me that since I had been defaulted, there was nothing possible that could humanly be done to reverse a default. Nate reversed that default and worked with me and my ex-wife as individuals and not just a revenue statistic. Nate is calm, well-versed in the law, and is not overly-dramatic. For some reason I cannot put my finger upon, the proceedings seemed not to be life and death-type with Nate (even if they really are!). With his calm demeanor, he just made you comfortable with the process. With the busy business schedule I have, I was actually able to spend a whole month without thinking of the divorce and concentrating on my busy work schedule.. something I could not do with my previous representation.. always worrying about where they might screw up. I would recommend Nate to anyone undergoing a divorce... he will take your case personally and he prides himself in his work. Do not go with a large law firm.... too many clients (even if you deal
