Owner has experience as a CNA in a nursing home, assisted living and certainly a hospital. Working in a nursing home I saw the need to open my home to the disabled. Instead of taking care of 15 to 30 residents to one staff member I offer one or two staff members to 3 to 5 residents depending on the need. What this means is the resident is receiving the attention they deserve with pride and dignity.
