Custom Homes, Addition, Historic Preservation, Commercial Adam Johnson Architecture provides a wide range of custom architectural services including custom home design, home additions, and garages. Historic Preservation services include providing existing conditions drawings, planning, rehabilitation design and construction drawings, and consulting services for Federal and State Historic Tax Credits. I have provided historic tax credit consulting for property tax freeze projects for residences up to large rehabilitation projects including the Cathedral Square Lofts rehabilitation of the St Raphael School in Dubuque, which was awarded the 2010 Main Street Program Award for Best Upper Story Rehabilitation and earned over $2 million worth of State and Federal tax credits. I use ArchiCad architectural software which provides 3D perspective views.
