Baranski Hammer Moretta & Sheehy Architects & Planners offers a wide range of architectural, master planning and design services. The firm has extensive experience in institutional, commercial, governmental, and multi-family and single-family residential design. Specialties include space planning, ADA and life safety analysis, mixed-use projects, historic preservation, restoration and renovation. The firm’s design and business philosophy is centered on client service. BHMS has a reputation for responding quickly and efficiently to the changing planning and construction needs of its institutional and commercial clients. BHMS has completed over 200 institutional and commercial projects since 1980. These projects range from the simple moving of an interior partition to complex, multi-story and multi-phased projects worth more than $80 million dollars. Many of these projects are for institutional clients, such as Loyola University Chicago. BHMS has consistently completed these projects within the strict budget and timeline constraints that are typical of colleges and universities. BHMS utilizes the latest three-dimensional design software tools allowing our clients to more effectively participate in design decisions before construction begins. Currently, BHMS serves its clients from offices located in downtown Chicago and Galena, Illinois.
