I would never recommend this broker. khaled sabek (Kal for short) was a broker whom I did business with in 2014. 1. Kal was not an MLS member in the area where the house was sold to me. I did not know that at the time. Because of this I over bid based on this house due to kal's advice There were like 100 brand new houses being built and already built selling for less than what the AVR value Kal suggested. I was mis informed of a correct bid price. 2. Not knowing about the above afterwards I looked at Zillow and saw what they thought the house was worth. I took myself to other real estate agents where it was confirmed the ARV was about $30,000 less than what Kal thought. I brought the house cash for $180,000 put 25K into it at first Kal said I can get 250K 8 months later and another broker I can't even get rid of it for $225K the builders for the new houses are giving away closing cost for $8000 plus selling the new houses for around or lower than what i can afford to sell my house for. I am now working a $12.00 job because I ran out of money. at An open house we asked what a cust think this house is worth I got an answer of 199K 3. After i went to other brokers I confronted Kal he insisted I had the location and the fact the other houses were new and had better amen ties didn't really matter. his motto buy location first. Well 7-8 months later I still can't sell it. There are no words of anger and disgust I can express. ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN !!!
