I hired Vincent Simpson to lay carpet. The job was amateurly done. The carpet is coming up, the seams were placed in highly visible areas, a lot of gaps along the walls, the carpet was not tucked etc. I contacted Vincent the day after completion to address my concerns. He stated he would meet me at my home to address my concerns, he did not show, I called the next day and once again he stated he would meet me, and did not show. As of today, I will have to buy all new carpet for one of the rooms and pray the other room can be repaired. I would not recommend this company their work is not professional and they do not stand by it, and due to this I will end up in court.

I HIRED VINCENT SIMPSON ON 11/16/12 TO REMODEL MY BATHROOM INCLUDING TILING THE SHOWER AND BATH AREA...IT WAS A DISASTER! GAPING HOLES IN THE GROUT, TILES WITH NO GROUP, PLUMBING NOT HOOKED BACK UP, AND DAMAGED MY TUB AND TOILET TANK. TO DATE HE HAS NOT STOOD BEHIND HIS WORK AND HAS NOT CORRECTED OR REFUNDED ME FOR THE TERRIBLE TILE JOB HE DID....I AM GETTING READY TO FILE SUIT
