My impressions of Assured Services: First and foremost, Eric is totally on top of the technology and talking to him about the technical details made me feel very confident and informed about our decisions involving heating equipment, sizing, etc. He was very available for questions, always answered his cell phone and was ready to help. The work was done in a timely, clean and efficient manner, with minimal outage of hot water/heat, which is important in a household with a small child. I like the fact that Assured Services has an office manager, it makes all the communications, contracts, etc easy and smooth. Overall I just think that Assured Services is a well run shop and I would hire them again in a heartbeat."
