My father grew up with summers and weekends in North Chatham and the surrounding waters. He passed on March 31st 2014. I contacted Capt. James Gilrein and made arrangements for him to take my brothers and myself out off Chatham for a burial in those waters. After several days of poor weather we left the dock June 1st 2014. James showed a high degree of professionalism, and support, and we wonder if he has a connection that may have contributed to such a wondrous peaceful sea and a magnificent sunset.
