We are sisters (Penny & Valerie Smith) who grew up in a small mid-western town. We both went into the Navy, and eventually we ended in the metro-Altanta area. We started our business in 2009, but our pet experience is vast and varied. Penny was a licensed wildlife rehabilitator with the state of Florida. We started our business in 2009, but our pet experience is vast and varied. Penny was a licensed wildlife rehabilitator with the state of Florida. She also worked as a bird curator at a theme park in Florida, and she volunteered at a Greyhound rescue group. Prior to opening our business, Valerie petsit for friends and co-workers for five years. She also worked at a major pet supply store while obtaining her bachelor's degree in Psychology. We are insured, bonded, members of petsitting organizations and trained in pet CPR and first aid.
