Having worked as a carpenter for over 30 years, I have become weary of the noise of power tools, leading me to start cutting trees with handsaws and 2-man saws, splitting logs for boards with axes and wedges and hewing pieces. The approach to crafting my gates is to use primarily hand tools at all stages of production. The designs for my products are my own, rooted in the styles of country people from times long ago.
