It is clearly written in our shipping policy that for special orders (JL Audio), it may take 2-4 weeks depending on the manufacturer's availability schedule. You may or may not receive an email advising you of the status of your order. You can email us regarding your order's pending shipment should this happen. http://www.caraudioco.com/index.php/shipping-policies We did our part just as we should do.

I would NEVER use these guys. Placed an order almost 2 wks ago. Payment came out of my acct the very next day but I never heard anything about my order. Sent an email and left multipal messages. Finally spoke to Julio who said sorry & my orders on the way. Called back the next day to ask about the tracking info which I was told I'd get @ 4:30 and never did, to which I was told there was an issue with my order and they had to order another box from JL. Now I get to see if they refund my money. *****UPDATED***** I came back to update my comment because I had a good conversation with Michael after I posted my reviews. However, I was taken back when I read Fred's claims that they did everything correct. This lead me to post the email response from Michael which clearly states "we simply dropped the ball". Dear Roger, once again please accept our most sincere apologies for the way we have handled your order. there is NO excuse for it , we just simply dropped the ball and deserve the comments received...you were right on the point when you wrote Caraudio closeoutSUX. As mentioned this is not the way we treat our business or our valued customers. Please note we have refunded your money in full which should be in your account. Not that we deserve it yet we certainly hope that you give us a second chance if and when you are in the market in the future so that we can prove to you the point I made earlier in the conversation.
