Digby & Rose sent a record number of jobs for us to produce in a 4 month period. When asked to pay those open invoices, Heather Noss assured me " the check is on the way". When no checks ever arrived for payment i cut off their credit, much too late! After that i made them pay as they ordered and they agreed to pay off an old order with each new order. They did pay for some of those old orders for a few months, but then Heather Noss told me she couldn't afford to pay off the old orders as frequently, even though they had been paid by the end user/ her customer after receiving the jobs shipped to them from us. The husband of this "Bonnie and Klyde" team at Digby & Rose is Rob Pruzinsky. He told me his justification for not paying their $32,772 of open invoices was that " it is much more expensive to live in DC than it is to live in Charlotte." To which i advised them to live within their means so they could pay for what they have instead of filing for bankruptcy again. Their bio info on their website should probably be checked for truthfulness as well. Long story short, i would warn anyone --- customers and vendors --- about working with either of these two grifters. Credit card fraud is punishable by prison, but these two have been getting away with what amounts to the same thing since 2014 without any attempt to make restitution to my small company!
