This is simply the worst business I have ever dealt with. I never should have made the final payment before the work was completed. James Good did body work on my car, and when we picked up the car, the grill was missing. He said the grill was on it's way and to come back in few days to have the grill installed. After that, he didn't return calls, texts or messages. On the rare occasion that I was able to speak to him directly - he arranged a time to meet to finish the work - then didn't show up. After 3 months of constantly trying to hook up, on the day we were to pick up the grill so we could have it installed at another shop, he said that he had never agreed to install the grill as part of the job and didn't have it. In addition, the bumper that was installed fell off within 2 days of the repair completion and return of the car. Totally unprofessional and very poor quality work.
