I got a small-claims judgement against this dishonest contractor who talks a good game and runs off with your down payment. He did not show up for the court date, and, of course, made no attempt to repay me. He stole $3,400 from us and only dug a couple of holes in the ground. DO NOT hire Jeff Moss. He's a criminal.

BEWARE RUN‍ AWAY AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS MAN JEFF MOSS WITH MOSS CONTRACTING SERVICES. San Antonio TX and surrounding areas. I contracted an $8,250 job back in May of 2017. The job was for taking down a room, removing the debree, replacing 1 window, putting in 2 windows, rebuilding a chimney, building a patio and to replace a roof. He cashed my checks and I am out $6,625. I wrote this on Friday September 7, 2018. Over the course of a year, 3 1/2 months 2 weeks and a few days to this present day here is where we are currently at with the job. The room was taken down and the debree removed. The windows are in, not complete. Only the top half of the chimney has been rebuilt. No patio and we still need a new roof. I called everyday for a full month to both his phone numbers, everytime left a vm. He has yet to answer the phone or return a single call. ‍ Today is October 4th 2018 Update September 7th 2018 Jeff finally called. I missed the call. He left me a vm apologizing over and over again stating he would get the job done. September 10th 2018 he came by my home and I heard more of the same. I told him I wanted the job done or my money refunded. Almost 3 weeks and still nothing, no calls and no show. Saturday September 29, 2018 he sent me a text asking me to contact him at my convenience. If your considering doing business with this man STOP - a victim help spread the word!
