The technician was very helpful and explained everything. He was the second person I had come here to fix my air conditioning the first company said they fixed it but a week later it wasn't working again and when I called them and told them that they didn't fix it they said they couldn't come back out for a week. We were so upset but then I realized maybe they didn't know how to fix it and that's why they didn't want to come back out. Anyway the technician from cis air and heat fixed it right away! Excellent air conditioning company honest and professional.
