Some carbureted engines sputter, knock, and try to keep running when turned off (this is called dieseling). Carbshot (TM) shuts the engine down. I sell kits that provide the hardware and instructions needed to install the patent pending Carbshot(TM) system. Two basic kits have been put together that cover most installations. At this time the kits do not include the CO2 tanks needed to complete the installation, as these are available at most sporting goods stores and on-line. More kits or variations are planned for the future if there is a market for them.
The engine run-on problem is known to exist in boat engines (including mine), airboat engines, and some older cars and trucks. Carbshot (TM) solved the problem in my boat and a local boat mechanic suggested I patent and sell them. The kits include a satisfaction guarantee.
