The Energy Sport Complex is the most complete and diverse fitness training facility in Lakemoor, IL. The Energy Sport Complex offers 3,000 square feet of open mat space that is currently being utilized for mixed martial arts training, boxing bootcamp, strength & conditioning, youth wrestling, and dance classes. All our training sessions have very experienced and knowledgeable instructors.
