Elite Builders And Remodeling Our experience with this contractor was very,very unpleasant. When dealing with any contractor you need to check the following: 1. Check with the California State Board,BBB and make sure there are no complaints or violations that would compromise your work. 2. Check with their bond and make sure there are no violations. 3. Check with their insurance to make sure it is current. 4. Check to see if there is any pending litigation or past litigation against the contractor. 5. Check with several references (ask for most recent) and make sure you get recent references. 6. Never, ever pay in advance for any work. Otherwise you run the risk of the contractor not completing the work and diverting the funds. We made our mistake. We won't do it again. I would not recommended using this contractor. His name is Ali Dibaei. Look into him CAREFULLY before you make your decision. Often you get what you pay for. If it's too good to be true....
