Bought a GROUPON for 2 movers & 24' truck. Move was scheduled for 1/3 @3pm & was informed I would receive an email with instructions prior day to move. When I never received & it was the day of I had to reach out to the owner who advised that I would in fact be moved that day but not at 3. I was then called back at 8pm & informed that I would not be moved that day that instead it would be the next morning what type of business changes the date of your move. For the error on the companys behalf I was given an extra man & they would be there at 9am. The men arrived at 9:30 am in a 10' truck instead of the 24' truck I paid for and looked like drug addicts. The truck had the name of the company written with a sharpie on the side. The extra man that I was given stayed on the truck and did not benefit me in anyway he was the supervisor. We ending up making two trips and I was charged an additional $400 due to receiving less then adequate workers on top of a small truck which resulted in two trips. I refused to pay and when I called the owner to negotiate a fair settlement I was told to speak to the supervisor in regards to my concerns. I was given 2 african american drug addicts and one caucasion which the caucasion was the only one who really knew his job and had the strength as well as fitness for the job. Now how is this right to receive this level of care and not be treated fairly. I refused to pay that amount and told them to sue me they would not take credit card nor check an
