SCAMM!!! I bought a "new" Jeep in July 2017. They told me it was "New" inspite of finding out after driving it home, it had 450 miles on it. I checked the contract and they had it listed as having 17 miles on it. I called and questioned it and they said it was a computer error and they reassured me that the vehicle was not used or a demo and it was a new vehicle and that my warranty starts at the time I bought it. After having service issues with their store, I decided to change dealers to service my vehicle. 2 1/2 years later my battery went dead on Jan. 12th 2020. My warranty of 3 years would make my warranty good until 7/8/2020. The new dealership pulled up the report only to find that my vehicle was listed as put in service with Chrysler on 1/1/17 which was 7 months before I purchased it and now I have a problem with the car and no warranty. I have all the dated contracts and documentation on this. I called the General Manager at the Labelle dealership and he told me that "It was before his time" and it was 3 years ago. He also said that he wasn't going to do anything about my problem. Never in my life have I been LIED to so deliberately about a car purchase from any dealer like I have been from this dealer. A 1 star review is too high for these people. STAY Away from them is my warning. I will be pursuing this from other resources. And I'm not above picketing their store. I also am talking to an attorney.
