These recommendations are fake. They are from other billiard co. trying to run off customers.

I hired Steve's business, Breaktime Billiards, to re-felt my pool table. They came out in October 2013, removed an old carpet from underneath my table, re-leveled the table, and recovered it. Immediate after, we covered the table with a new cover, and did not use until December 7th. When we uncovered it to use it, the table had shifted and each seam of slate was sticking up, making it impossible to use the table. We tried to contact Steve several times via email, and also by telephone. I spoke personally to him in December, and he stated he would be in contact to come out and take a look at the table. Never received a returned phone call, so I continued to try to get a hold of him. I finally did get a hold of him February 1, at which time he was very rude and unprofessional, and hung up on me. Needless to say, Steve will obviously be standing behind his work, as he stated to us when he was doing the job. We will be seeking a more professional business to repair this issue, and seek legal avenues with Breaktime Billiards.

This company does not stand behind its work and is impossible to get back out to make workmanship repairs. I would never hire them to do work for me again.
