I'll try to keep it short. Dont expect this company to have good communication skills and respond to your messages. Make sure that you "request" a picture from them before they mail your items because they will blame YOU if you are not satisfied. They have a hard time with any kind of criticism with what they make. And don't expect them to make it right because it's not about the customer, it's all about their "policy". I counted back and have made purchases from a little over 100 sellers on Etsy and this has been my only bad experience! Do yourself a favor and find another product to buy.
