Our approach is that of a holistic model, addressing the many components of the individual, which promotes holistic health. Through support, education At Better Communities, our mission is to provide the best atmosphere for eligible recipients to gain access to needed medical assistance. It is Better Communities' goal to facilitate the recipients' medical, social, and educational needs, which is in line with the Clinical Coverage Policy 12B. Our approach is that of a holistic model, addressing the many components of the individual, which promotes holistic health. Through support, education, and linkage to treatment, we hope to foster long-lasting, positive growth and treatment outcomes.
