DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. Purchased a mod from them a couple days ago. Was told by Amanda that I can return it if it doesn't work. Left very happy. Used the mod for a day and noticed the locking ring would get stuck and had to fiddle with it to get it to work. Also when locking and unlocking the device, the firing button would come loose easily and fall out. Brought the attention to the employee, Eric, who tried to fix it. Instead of fixing it, the bottom button completely locked up. Then I told him that I just want to return it, but he said the district manager wouldn't allow that. So I tried to exchange and he said I wasn't allowed to do either. I went in the next day to speak with the store manager, and he tried to fix it. Instead he just replaced the bottom button. Which would've been fine, but the firing button still falls off when locking and unlocking. Showed this to the the manager and his reasoning was that the firing button is suppose to do that and there's nothing more he can do about it. He states that since the manufacturer won't take the mod back then they can't accept a return. No customer service and things are way overpriced compared to other local shops. Very displeased because I didn't even want my money back, I just wanted store credit to get something that works to my liking. Now I have an unusable $50 piece of metal. I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT going there because they are not willing to work with you and only want your money.
