Sloppy work, rude all over the place. However its about whether the job was done. It wasnt done well, it wasnt done on the agreed day or time frame and it wasnt done with an ounce of respect for me as a fellow human. In fact if you ask them to do what they agreed they would it wont be done at all and youll have 16 days of serious growth to deal with. I dont care mostly about being condecended so much as i just wanted my damn lawn cut and they didnt deliver.
